Although all of our females  do AMAZING in the delivery of puppies, we are always right there next to them helping them bring their sweet babies into this world. From the second our puppies are born, till they go home their families, each one is shown endless love and dedication. Each puppy is handled separately every day.

 

We preform Early Neurological Stimulation on each puppy every day for the first for few weeks of life. Starting off by tickling the puppy in between the toes with a Q-tip. Secondly we hold each puppy perpendicular to the ground so their head is directly above their tail. Then we hold them with their head facing down. Fourthly we hold them so their back is laying in our palms. And lastly we do thermal stimulation, we do this by using a damp cool tool and laying the pup on it. Each exercise is done for 3-5 seconds. Studies have shown that ENS is believed to help puppies cope better with stress later in life, giving our puppies a good head start! 

 

Our puppies are started on a deworming schedule at 2 weeks. They will also be given their first round of vaccinations at 6 weeks. At 7 weeks our puppies all go to the vet to be vet health checked by our vet. Then as long as they are cleared by a vet, at 8 weeks they are ready to go to their homes.
